Terms & Conditions of DIAMOND LUSTER AND WATCHES LLC

Order Confirmation Transparency

All jewellery orders and custom designs are confirmed based on the agreed product specifications, pricing, timelines, certification details, and inclusions/exclusions shared with full transparency.

Payments

Upon order confirmation, an advance payment of 50% of the total product value is required. The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed schedule. For high-value or custom diamond orders, full payment may be required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges may apply depending on product type, customization level, and production stage.

No refunds are applicable for customised jewellery, engraved items, or orders already in production.

Refund

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed based on the cancellation policy and only to the original source of payment.

Required Identification Documents

For high-value jewellery purchases, we may require basic ID proof for billing verification such as:

• Indian Customers: PAN Card / Aadhaar Card / Driving License

• International Customers: Valid Government ID

This is only for billing and regulatory compliance. We do not collect passport, visa, or any sensitive travel documents.

Store Visit & Appointment Policy

Customers are advised to follow store timings for appointments, jewellery viewing, and order pickups. Early or late visits are subject to availability and prior approval.

Additional Services

Any additional services outside the confirmed order—such as resizing, re-polishing, or customization—may incur extra charges.

Disclaimer

DIAMOND LUSTER AND WATCHES LLC will never request your card number, CVV, password, OTP, or ask you to install remote-access apps like AnyDesk or TeamViewer. Any such request is fraudulent.
Payments made via credit/debit cards are considered final. Chargebacks will not be entertained.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.
